Venue Rules & Club Policies Welcome to Activ8 Padel Club. To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment for everyone, all members and guests are required to follow the rules below. 1️⃣ Booking & Court Usage All sessions must be booked in advance. Players are required to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time. Play must end strictly at the booked time slot. Late arrival does not extend playing time. Cancellations and rescheduling must follow the official club policy. Management reserves the right to adjust bookings when necessary for operational reasons. 2️⃣ Dress Code & Equipment Proper sports attire is required at all times. Wrist straps must be used during play for safety. Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage caused by misuse of facilities or equipment may result in replacement or repair charges. 3️⃣ Coaching Policy At Activ8, we support player development while maintaining fairness to our programs. External coaches are allowed. An additional IDR 75,000 per court session fee applies. All external coaches must receive prior approval from management. Coaching sessions must not disrupt other members or scheduled activities. Activ8 reserves the right to deny coaching access if club policies are not respected. 4️⃣ Sportsmanship & Conduct Activ8 promotes respect, inclusivity, and positive competition. Treat fellow players, coaches, and staff with courtesy. Unsportsmanlike behavior, aggressive conduct, or abusive language will not be tolerated. Follow all instructions from club staff at all times. Violations may result in removal from the premises without refund. 5️⃣ Prohibited Items & Activities No outside food or beverages unless approved by management. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances within the premises. No glass containers on or near the courts. Pets are not permitted inside the venue. Children must be supervised at all times. 6️⃣ Cleanliness & Facility Care Keep courts and common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of trash properly. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Respect all shared facilities, including restrooms and lounge areas. 7️⃣ Safety & Liability Disclaimer All players participate at their own risk. Activ8 Padel Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or incidents that occur on the premises. Activ8 is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Players are responsible for ensuring their own safety and playing within their physical limits. Any injury, accident, or incident must be reported to staff immediately. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or stop play if safety or club standards are compromised.
