Access & Timing Please check in before playing, arrive on time, and respect your booked session duration. Safety & Comfort Wear proper padel or court shoes, warm up before playing, and play safely in this shared space. Cleanliness & Facilities Keep the court clean—no food or drinks except mineral water, no littering or spitting, no pets on court, and smoke or vape only in designated areas. Playing Etiquette Respect the game and everyone on court, avoid aggressive behavior, and use the court for padel only. Responsibility Players are responsible for any damage caused by negligence and for their personal belongings. Booking Policy All bookings must be made via the AYO App, with payment accepted only by card or QRIS under PT Jaya Dipa Manggala. Photo & Video Policy Photos or videos may be taken for documentation or promotion, please inform our team if you prefer not to be recorded. Equipment Rental Racket and towel rentals are available at reception, and players are fully responsible for any loss or damage. Parking Parking payment is handled at reception, and guests are required to keep their parking receipt. Prohibited Items & Conduct Drugs, alcohol, weapons, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited, and Backyard Padel reserves the right to take action or stop play to maintain safety and comfort.
