Centre Court — Rules & Etiquette 1. Court Usage - Play is limited to booked time slots. Please exit promptly when your time ends. 2. Attire - Proper tennis attire is required (sports shoes with non-marking soles only). - No jeans, sandals, Heels or hard soled shoes allowed on court. 3. Conduct - Be respectful to other players and staff at all times. - Avoid shouting, swearing, or disruptive behavior. - Do not damage nets, posts, or court surfaces. 4. Food, Drinks & Smoking - Only water or sports drinks allowed on court. - No food, glass bottles, or alcohol on playing area. - Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere in the court area. 5. Safety - Warm up before playing to avoid injury. - Stop play immediately if balls, people, or animals enter the court. - Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Cleanliness - Take all belongings and trash when leaving. - Return borrowed balls or equipment to the front desk. 7. Weather & Cancellations - Management may close courts in unsafe weather. - Follow reschedule policy for booked slots. 8. Management Rights - We reserve the right to remove players who violate rules. - Any damage to court or equipment must be compensated. 9. Ballboy/Ballgirl External ballboy/ballgirl is not allowed in the premises. Tennis Centre Court BSD will provide in-house ballboy/ballgirl with the following tariffs Pre-booked (≥ 24 hours in advance): Rp. 50,000/hour On-arrival booking: Rp. 60,000/hour 10. 5.1 Rescheduling / Rain Policy In the event of rain, notify the ball boy within the first 25 minutes of the booking. You will be given two options: A. Continue – Wait for the rain to stop and resume play. B. Stop – and: 1. Move Indoors – Subject to availability, your session can be moved to an indoor court (same day, same time) at no extra cost. 2. Reschedule by requesting a credit/voucher to book your next session on AYO If you have played for more than 25 minutes before the rain starts, the session will be counted as a full session.
