Aturan Venue

For the comfort, safety and smooth operations for everyone, all players are required to comply with the following rules: 1. Court Time & Access - Players must arrive on time according to their reservation schedule. - Playing time is limited to the booked hours and cannot be extended. - Late arrival will reduce the playing time. 2. Reservation & Refund Policy - Reservation cannot be canceled, reschedule and area non-refundable. - If issues arise from the venue’s side, whether technical (renovation, power outage, etc) or non technical (such as event), making play impossible, the schedule will be rescheduled based on court availability without any refund. 3. Dress Code & Equipment - Players must wear appropriate sports shoes. - Stud shoes, cleats, spiked shoes, and sandals are not permitted. - Wearing metal jewelry or accessories on the court is prohibited. 4. Food, Beverage & Smoking - Bringing food and drinks from outside into the court area is prohibited. - Smoking, vaping, using pods, spitting, or chewing gum in the court area are not allowed. - Alcoholic beverage and drugs are strictly prohibited throughout the venue. 5. Security & Safety - Sitting on, hanging from, leabing on, or striking glass, nets, or fences are prohibited. - Bringing frirearms, sharp weapons, or other dangerous objects area prohibited. - Players must ensure the are in good health and fit to play before entering the court. - Any risk of injury, accident, illness or medical condition occuring during or after play is the sole responsibility of each player. 6. Etiquette & Conduct - Players must uphold sportsmanship and mutual respect. - Aggressive behavior, disturbance, damage to facilities or illegal activities are prohibited. - Taking photos and/or videos or other players without permission is not allowed. - Pets are not permitted in the court area. - Please maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout the venue. 7. Player Responsibility - Deserve Social Club management is not responsible for loss, damage, or exchange of personal belongings. - Players are fully responsible for their personal items. - Any facility damage caused by player negligence will be subject to replacement charges. - Any incidents involving third parties outside the venue management’s control are not the responsibility of the management. 8. Equipment & Rental - All borrowed equipment such as rackets, towels, locker keys, and other items must be returned after use. - Players must complete all rental administration before leaving the venue. - Loss or daamage to borrowed equipment is the responsibility of the borrower. 9. Management Authority - Deserve Social Club management reserves the right to stop a playing session in the event of rule violations or disruptive behavior. - Management reserves the right to make schedule change, including membership, with prior notice. - By making payment and/or playing, players are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all venue rules.
