Venue Rules To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please observe the following rules: 1. Court Time • Please arrive on time according to your booking. • Playing time is strictly based on the reserved slot. • Late arrival will reduce playing time and cannot be extended. 2. Reservation Policy • All bookings are final and non-refundable. • Rescheduling is only possible if the court is unavailable due to venue-related issues and subject to availability. 3. Dress Code & Equipment • Proper sports shoes are required. • Studs, cleats, spiked shoes, sandals, and metal accessories are not allowed on court. 4. Food, Drinks & Smoking • Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the court area. • Smoking are strictly prohibited. • Alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed anywhere in the venue. 5. Safety & Responsibility • Play at your own risk. The venue is not responsible for injuries or medical conditions during or after play. • Please take care of your personal belongings. 6. Etiquette & Conduct • Respect fellow players, staff, and facilities. • Aggressive behavior, vandalism, or illegal activities are not tolerated. • Photography or video recording of others requires consent. • Pets are not allowed in the court area. 7. Equipment Rental • All rented or borrowed items must be returned after use. • Any loss or damage will be charged accordingly. 8. Management Rights • Management reserves the right to stop play in case of rule violations. • By making a booking and playing at the venue, players are deemed to have agreed to all rules.
