To ensure keeping the club fun and safe for everyone, by booking a session, you're agreeing to all T&Cs below: 1. All bookings are final - no cancellations or refunds. 2. Please show up on time! Your session runs according to the booking schedule, and we can't extend your slot if you're late. 3. Make sure your shoes are clean before stepping onto the court - we like to keep things tidy! 4. No smoking, eating, spitting, chewing gum, or littering on or around the court area. 5. Play safe! Everyone should be in good health and ready to move. We're not responsible for injuries or health issues during your session. 6. Keep an eye on your belongings - we can't be held responsible for anything lost or damaged. 7. If anything gets broken due to careless play (like glass, rackets, nets, or the turf), a replacement fee will apply. 8. Please don't lean on or hit the glass walls or fences - they're strong, but not indestructible. 9. Let's keep it respectful - no spitting, throwing rackets, or any behavior that could spoil the vibe. 10. We may stop play or ask someone to leave if rules aren't followed or behavior is disruptive. 11. Coaching is open for everyone. We’d love to see you grow with us. 12. We’re a pet-friendly club! Feel free to bring your furry friends, but please make sure they’re well-behaved and cleaned up after. Owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times.
