Aturan Venue

Venue Rules : For the comfort and safety of all guest,we kindly ask all guests to follow the venue rules : Time & Booking • Please arrive on time. Playing time follows the booking schedule. • Additional booking time may be added only if the next time slot is available and payment is made at least 30 minutes in advance. Court Usage • Courts are for padel activities only. • Other activities (photo, video, events) require management approval. Food & Beverages • Food and drinks are available at the café area. • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed on the court area. Smoking • Guests who wish to smoke please use the designated outdoor area. Safety & Conduct • Alcohol, drugs, weapons, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. • Please maintain proper behavior and order for mutual comfort and avoid actions that may disturb other players. • Pets are not allowed inside the venue area. Equipment Rental • Please return all rented equipment according to the duration of play used on the court. Equipment & Responsibility • Non-marking sports shoes and appropriate sportswear are mandatory. • Any damage or loss of personal belongings and rental equipment is the responsibility of each user. Health • Players are expected to be in good health condition. • Any risk of injury during activities is the personal responsibility of each participant. Technical Issues • In case of technical issues from the venue side, the session will be rescheduled based on court availability. • No cash refunds are available.
