To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all visitors, players, and guests, all users of iPlay Badminton Hall are required to comply with the following regulations: A. General Rules 1. All visitors must maintain good conduct and respect other players, guests, and staff. 2. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 3. Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian. 4. Any damage caused to venue facilities, equipment, or property due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible party. 5. Smoking, vaping, consuming alcoholic beverages, and using illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue. B. Court Usage 1. Court usage is limited to the reserved booking time. 2. Players are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking. 3. Court access is only permitted during the booked session. 4. Users must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booking time. 5. Sharing or transferring court bookings to other parties without prior approval from management is not permitted. C. Footwear & Equipment 1. Only non-marking indoor sports shoes are permitted on the badminton courts. 2. Outdoor footwear, sandals, slippers, and barefoot play are prohibited on court surfaces. 3. Players are responsible for their own badminton equipment unless otherwise arranged. 4. Any equipment that may damage the court surface is not allowed. D. Safety & Cleanliness 1. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the playing area. 2. Players must dispose of waste in designated bins. 3. Any spills, hazards, or accidents should be reported immediately to venue staff. E. Facilities Usage 1. Changing rooms, toilets, and shower facilities must be used responsibly and kept clean. 2. Personal belongings should not be left unattended in common areas. 3. Community and seating areas are intended for shared use by all visitors. 4. Merchandise displayed in the sports shop must not be removed from the premises without purchase. F. Bookings & Payments 1. Court bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received. 2. All confirmed bookings are final and non-refundable. 3. Cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. 4. Rescheduling requests are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed. 5. Players are encouraged to carefully review the booking date, time, and court selection before completing payment. 6. Failure to attend a booked session ("no-show") does not entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or replacement booking. 7. In the event that iPlay Badminton Hall is unable to provide the booked court due to operational issues, maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances beyond the customer's control, management reserves the right to offer reschedule the booking, or provide a refund at its sole discretion. G. Photography & Media 1. Photography and videography for personal use are permitted provided they do not disturb other users. 2. Commercial photography, filming, coaching content production, or promotional activities require prior approval from management. 3. iPlay Badminton Hall reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during events and activities for promotional purposes. H. Management Rights 1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates venue regulations. 2. Management may update these regulations from time to time without prior notice. 3. Any matters not specifically covered in these regulations shall be subject to management discretion. I. Respect for Others 1. Please maintain a positive sporting spirit and respect fellow players. 2. Excessive noise, offensive language, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 3. Users are encouraged to help maintain a friendly, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all visitors. By entering and using iPlay Badminton Hall, visitors acknowledge and agree to comply with these venue regulations.
