Klasse Padel Haus — House Rules To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take note of the following house rules: 1. Respect & Conduct Please respect fellow players, staff, and guests at all times. Maintain a positive and supportive environment on and off the court. 2. Court Etiquette - Please enter and exit the court according to your booked time. - Late arrivals will not receive additional 3. Booking Policy (No Cancellation) - All confirmed court bookings and coaching sessions cannot be canceled or rescheduled. - Bookings are considered final once confirmed. 4. Punctuality & Attendance - Late arrival will reduce your playing duration. - No additional time will be added. - On-time attendance is strongly encouraged for everyone’s convenience. 5. Keep the Court Clean - No food, glass items, or messy drinks are allowed on court. - Please dispose of waste properly in the designated bins. 6. Damage & Responsibility Any misuse or actions that cause damage to court facilities or equipment will be charged accordingly. 7. Safety First Unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited, including reckless swings, intentional glass-wall impacts, or actions that may endanger others. 8. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas, except for e-cigarettes which are allowed only in the designated smoking area. 9. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted in any area within Klasse Padel Haus. 10. No Food & Drinks Allowed from Outside Foods and drinks from outside the venue are prohibited. 11. Shared Areas Please keep all shared areas tidy and ensure personal belongings are properly organized.
