Court Rules & Regulation 🎾 Terms & Conditions for Playing at KYZN Surabaya ✅ Do (What You Should Do): 1. Arrive on time according to your court booking schedule. Playing time will begin and end as scheduled. 2. Wear appropriate sports attire, including non-marking court shoes. 3. Use proper padel rackets and standard padel balls only. 4. Keep the court area clean before and after your session. 5. Be respectful and play fair, both on and off the court. 6. Report any damage or incidents to the club staff immediately. 7. Ensure you are in good health condition and physically fit to engage in exercise and sports activities. ❌ Don’t (What You Should Not Do): Do not bring food or drinks (except bottled water) into the court area. Do not wear dirty or inappropriate shoes that may damage the court surface. Do not shout, swear, or act aggressively toward other players, staff, or visitors. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the club premises. Do not exceed your booked time slot unless permitted by club management. Organizing matches or events without official permission from the club is not allowed. Do not bring pets and animals to the venue Do not bring commercial sponsor or activation such as open booth, banner on court, product sampling, flyering, loud adlips, and others relate to it. The club is not responsible for any lost personal belongings or injuries that may occur during your visit. 2. Any damage that occurs due to customer participation is the full responsibility of the customer. 3. All risks arising from participation are the sole responsibility of the customer. 4. No refund, no cancellation and no rescheduled are allowed.
