Venue Rules: 1. Operating Hours – Courts are open daily from 06:00 AM to 12:00 AM. – Please respect your scheduled booking time. 2. Booking & Arrival – Arrive at least 10 minutes before your session. – Late arrivals cannot be extended. – All bookings are final – no cancellations or reschedules are allowed. – Court time starts as per booking schedule. 3. Dress Code – Proper sportswear and non-marking shoes are required. – Playing barefoot or wearing sandals is strictly not permitted. 4. Smoking Policy – Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed within the court or café areas. – Designated smoking areas are available outside the facility. 5. Respectful Environment – Please show respect to fellow players, staff, and the facility. – Any form of disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. – Maintain sportsmanship at all times. 6. Facility Care – Treat all facilities and equipment with care. – Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to our staff.
