Below are our T&C : - The reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. - We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. - A maximum of 8 players are allowed per session. - Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be provided. - However, reservations may be transferred to another party. Please inform us if you need to transfer your booking. - You can secure your reservation up to 14 days in advance. Booking Information: - Your booking with Menteng Tennis Club (MTC) is final and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - We accommodate 2 sessions per booking. A session lasts 2 hours and 45 minutes, including 2 hours of tennis court use and 45 minutes in the locker room. For example : Session 1 runs from 06:00 to 08:45 WIB. You must vacate the court by 08:00 WIB and can use the locker room until 08:45 WIB. - Weather Policy : Rescheduling is allowed if it rains before you step onto the court or within the first 30 minutes of play. After 30 minutes, you may use the locker room for the remainder of the session. - Menteng Tennis Club is a part of Common Grounds (CG) Menteng Terra, offering food and beverage services. Please contact the ballboy assigned to your session for orders. - No food or beverages are allowed on the court, except bottled water or personal tumblers (no packaged water or online food deliveries). Please refresh yourself within the podium area. - We have a strict no-pets policy at our premises. - You are responsible for your own personal belongings. MTC and CG Menteng Terra are not liable for any loss or theft. - A key will be provided for your locker. Only those in your party are allowed to use the locker room. - You and your party will be given lanyards to identify you as the renter of the tennis court and locker room. Extra members of your group can access the locker room but are not allowed on the court. - Nudity and immoral acts are prohibited in the locker room. - Please wear appropriate tennis attire, including tennis shoes. Sandals or shoes with non-white outer soles are not allowed on the court. - Please maintain personal hygiene on the court. Spitting and littering are not allowed within the premises. - Vaping is allowed in the podium area. Smoking is permitted in designated areas with visible ashtrays. - You will be held responsible for any damage to the facility (seats, nets, poles, torn carpets, broken glass/windows, etc.). - Valet parking is available. - Please use the court within the time mentioned in your booking. Our staff will remind you when your session is coming to an end to allow time for court cleaning. - As we are located in a residential area, please help us keep noise levels to a minimum and show respect to the surrounding neighborhood. - You're welcome to bring your own photographer to capture your moments during the session. However, the use of professional equipment, including telephoto lenses, camera tripods, lighting, and similar gear, is not allowed. - We do not allow any commercial photography activities on the court or within the Menteng Tennis Club premises without prior approval. - You are welcome to bring your own coach to your session. - Your session will be assisted by 1-2 ballboys at no extra charge. Tipping is appreciated. - Paid gaming (Mabar) activities are not allowed. - Any violations of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your session without a refund. Our ground staffs are well equipped in answering your queries regarding the court and will remind you on the points above.
