Below are our T&C : * The reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment * We operate on a first-come, first-served basis * We only allow 8 players at one time * Once a purchase is completed, refunds are not available. However, you can transfer your reservation to another party. Please notify us on these matter. * You can secure your reservation up to 14 days in advance Here is some information regarding your booking with us: * Your booking with Menteng Tennis Club (MTC) is not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. * We will accommodate 2 sessions per booking time. For subsequent bookings, we will prioritize other customers in the queue. * Your session is counted from the first hour. One session is 2 hours and 45 minutes long, during which you can enjoy 2 hours of tennis court use and the remainder 45 minutes in the locker room. For example, session 1 starts from 06:00 to 08:45 WIB, which means you must leave the court by 08:00 and spend the rest of your session in the locker room until 08:45 WIB. * We only allow rescheduling when it rains before you step on the court until the first 30 minutes. If it rains after 30 minutes of usage, you can enjoy the locker room for the remainder of your session. * Menteng Tennis Club is a part of Common Grounds (CG) Menteng Terra, and food and beverage service is available. For order, contact the ballboy assigned to your session. * No food and beverage on the court except bottled water/tumbler (no packaged mineral water and F&B online orders). Please replenish within the podium area and not on the court * We have a strict no pets policy at our premises. * All personal belongings will be your responsibility, as MTC and CG Menteng Terra will not be responsible if there’s a case of loss or theft. * The locker room is yours to use: you will be given a key, and no one other than your entourage is allowed to use it. * You and your entourage will be given lanyards identifying you as the renter of the tennis court and locker room. Extra personnel from your entourage will not be allowed to enter the tennis court, but they will be able to access the locker room. * Nudity and immoral acts are prohibited in the locker room. * Please wear proper tennis attire (especially tennis shoes) every time you step on court. No sandals / non white outer sole on court. - Please keep personal hygiene on court, no spitting, no littering within the premises - Vaping is allowed in podium area, smoking is allowed where ashtray is visible within the premise - Any damage on facility (seats, net, pole, torn carpet, broken glasses / windows, etc.) will be shouldered as your responsibility - Valet parking is available - Please use the court within the time mentioned in the booking details above. We need ample time to clean up the court for the next party. Our ground staff will remind you on time - As we reside in residential area, please help us to keep the conviviality at minimum as a respect to the neighbourhood - We welcome you to enjoy the facilities and document your moments and memories with us, however, use of professional camera (camera with telephoto lens) is allowed at an extra cost. - External coaching is prohibited. Once found, please find that your sessions will automatically be cancelled with no refund, but you can enjoy the VIP room - You will be assisted with 1 - 2 ballboys for your session with no additional cost. However, tipping is encouraged. - Any violations of the above might result in direct termination of your session with no refunds Our ground staffs are well equipped in answering your queries regarding the court and will remind you on the points above.
