Venue Rules By entering the NEX PADEL area, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions listed below: 1. Players must arrive on time as playing time will proceed according to the schedule, and no extra time will be added. 2. Proper sports attire and shoes must be worn. 3. Please take care of your personal belongings. NEX PADEL is not responsible for any personal items. 4. Alcoholic beverages and drinks in glass containers are not allowed inside the court area. 5. Personal ball launchers are not allowed. 6. Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. 7. The possession or use of drugs in any form is strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities. 8. Firearms, sharp weapons, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the authorities. 9. Smoking and chewing gum are prohibited inside NEX PADEL 10. Rioting, fighting, and causing disturbances inside NEX PADEL are strictly prohibited. 11. Any destructive actions, such as spitting, hitting glass with a racket, or other anarchic behavior, will incur fines in accordance with the damage caused. 12. Taking photos or videos of the court or other customers/players without their consent is prohibited. 13. All policies and decisions made by NEX PADEL management are final and non-negotiable. 14. Players must be in good health. NEX PADEL is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other medical conditions of the players. Booking Rules By making a reservation at NEX PADEL you automatically agree to all the booking terms and conditions listed below: 1. All bookings and transactions are non-cancelable and non-reschedulable, except in cases of force majeure. 2. Ball basket and padel racket rental can be arranged through the AYO apps.
