Don’t hesitate to ask questions or give feedback—we’re always looking to improve and become the best location for our players. ✅ Check-in Required: All players must register at the front desk before using the courts. 👟 Mandatory Footwear: Always wear badminton shoes on the court. No sandals, barefoot play, or inappropriate footwear allowed. ⏰ Court Time: Hourly slots are fixed. If you arrive late, you lose play time—no extensions. 📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling: 1. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling (no refunds). 2. Rescheduling allowed only once and must include a new date & time. 3. No-shows are non-refundable. 🗑️ Keep It Clean: No food, drinks (except water), or chewing gum on the courts. Dispose of trash properly. 🚫 Respect Others: No disruptive behavior, aggressive play, or foul language.
