House Rules Below are our terms and conditions : * The reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. * We operate on a first-come, first served basis. * Once purchase is completed, refunds are available for once max H-3 before play. However, you can transfer your resevation to another players/party. Please let us know on these matter. * External ballboys are NOT allowed. In house ballboys are available by the venue. * No Reschedule allowed (except rain) Here is some information regarding your booking with us : * Your booking with OFF COURT is not refundable. * We allow reschedulling when it rains before you step on the court until the first 30 minutes. If it rains after 30 minutes of usage, you can enjoy the locker room for the remainder of your session. * If court still wet and unsuable 30 minutes after the start of the hour, court hour will be rescheduled. * No FOOD and BEVERAGE on the court except bottled water/tumbler (no packaged mineral water and f&b online orders). Please replenish within the podium area and not on the court. * We have a strict no pets policy at our premises. * All personal belongings will be your responsibility, as OFF COURT will not be responsible if there’s a case of loss or theft. * Management bears no responsibility for risks arising out of usage of courts like personal health risk. * Nudity and immoral acts are prohibited in the locker room. * Please wear proper tennis / padel attire (especially tennis shoes) everytime you step on the court. No sandals / non white outer sole on court. * Please keep personel hygiene on court, no spitting, no littering within the premises. * Vaping and smoking is allowed in designated area (allowed where ashtray is visible within the premises) * Any damage on facility (seats, net, pole, torn carpet, broken glasses/windows, etc.) will be shouldered as your responsibility. * Please use the court within the time mentioned in the booking details above. We need ample time to clean up the court for the next players. Our ground staff will remind you on time. * Report all lossess and/or injuries to receptionist * As we reside in residential area, please help us to keep the conviviality at the minimum as a respect to the neighbourhood. * We welcome you to enjoy the facilities and document your moments and memories with us, however, use of professional camera (camera with telephoto lens) is allowed at an extra cost. * Any violations of the above might result in direct termination of your session with no refunds. Our ground staffs are well equipped in answering your queries regarding the court and will remind you on the points above.
