Kami juga menyediakan area tunggu yang luas dan nyaman. 2. Pemain diharuskan menggunakan pakaian dan sepatu olahraga yang sesuai. 3. No smoking/vaping. 4. No outside food and drinks. IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ): Padel Court Rental: Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability By renting and using our padel court facilities, all players agree to the following terms and conditions. Assumption of Risk Padel is a physical sport that involves inherent risks of injury. Players acknowledge and understand that participation in this sport, including the use of the court, equipment, and surrounding areas, can result in various injuries, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, cuts, bruises, and other physical ailments. By stepping onto the court, each player voluntarily assumes all risks associated with playing padel. This includes any risks that may arise from the actions of other players, court conditions, or the use of facility equipment. Release and Waiver of Liability Players agree to release, waive, and discharge the padel court owner, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for personal injury or property damagethat may arise from their participation in the sport. The venue shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damages that occur to players or their guests while on the premises. By proceeding with a court booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
