Aturan Venue

✅ Arrive early – Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking time. Late arrivals may only use the remaining session time. Parking is limited; public transportation or ride-hailing services are recommended. ✅ Respect the court – Proper padel sportswear and non-marking sports shoes are required on court. ✅ Racket & ball – • Racket rental: IDR 50,000 / hour • Padel balls are available for purchase (approx. IDR 80,000 – 100,000) ✅ Coaching – External coaches are welcome. In-house coaching is currently not available. ✅ Food & drinks – Outside food and drinks are allowed. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. ✅ Smoke responsibly – Smoking (cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all areas except the parking area. Vaping and electronic cigarettes are allowed only in the designated smoking area located near Court 2. ✅ Community first – Please respect other players. No fights, aggressive behavior, indecent acts, or any actions that violate the law. Our team or security may intervene when necessary. ✅ Prohibited items – Illegal drugs, firearms, sharp weapons, or any dangerous objects are strictly prohibited inside the venue. ✅ Facility care – Any damage to facilities, including spitting, throwing rackets at glass, or vandalism, will result in penalties or compensation fees based on the level of damage. ✅ Family-friendly venue – Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed. ✅ Personal belongings – Players are responsible for their own belongings. Our Padel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. ✅ Play on schedule – All bookings are final. No cancellation or rescheduling. No refund, except in case of force majeure.
