Aturan Venue

1. Booking: a. Non-Refundable b. Players are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled playing time. c. Rental times are as per booking schedule. d. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration, and players must leave the court at the scheduled end time. e. If a player does not show up without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. f. Rescheduling: i. Only allowed maximum 3 days (H-3) before the booked date. ii. Subject to availability of time slots. 2. Mandatory Equipment a. Players must wear appropriate sportswear and attire. b. Use of non-marking shoes is required. c. Wearing sandals, non-sports shoes, or playing barefoot is not permitted. d. Rackets and balls may only be used within the court area. 3. Cleanliness & Players Responsibilities a. Smoking, food, beverages, inside the court area are strictly prohibited. b. All users must maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging any facilities. c. No Smoking in the padel courts area, smoking is allowed in the smoking area. d. Players must be in good health. Any risks arising during play, including accidents, injuries, or other medical conditions, are the player's personal responsibility and are not the responsibility of Pada Sport Social Hub. e. Players are responsible for any damages caused and will be charged accordingly. f. Players are responsible for their own belongings. g. Pada Sport Social Hub held no responsibility for players’ belongings or actions taken inside or outside the court. h. Players are responsible for any injuries or accidents inside or outside the court. i. Jewellery or metal accessories STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED inside the court. j. Players must return rental rackets/ merchandises to the front desk. Any damages caused to the rental items will be charged accordingly. k. Before and after playing, players are required to sit in the communal area, not on the court-side benches. 4. Child Supervision a. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult while on the court premises. 5. Prohibitions & Penalties a. Players are forbid spitting, burning, throwing things, leaning to the glass, and any illegal acts. b. Serious Violations (weapons, drugs, pets) will be reported to authorities according to applicable laws. c. Players are strictly prohibited to commit acts of violence, fight or cause disturbance in the venue area. 6. Management Rights a. Management reserves the right to refuse or stop play for any user who violates the rules. b. Management Reserves the Right To: i. Stop play, cancel sessions, or deny entry to players who violate the terms or pose a safety risk. ii. Sessions may be cancelled by management in the event of force majeure (disaster, power outage, facility maintenance, facility damage). iii. All decisions made by management are final and binding. By booking & paying using reservation apps, players agreed for the terms and conditions stated above (and may change at any time without notice by management).
