To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-maintained environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these venue rules: Court Usage - Courts may only be used during your confirmed booking time. - Please arrive and finish on time to respect other players’ sessions. - Only padel rackets are allowed on court. Footwear & Attire - Proper sports shoes with non-marking soles are required. - Playing barefoot or with casual footwear is not permitted. - Comfortable sports attire is recommended for safety and performance. Court Care - Do not hit or lean on the glass walls. - Avoid striking the net, fences, or lighting fixtures. - Food, drinks (except water), and chewing gum are not allowed on court. Safety & Conduct - Please warm up before playing to avoid injury. - Respect fellow players, staff, and the facility at all times. - Any unsafe, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior is not tolerated. Personal Belongings - Keep personal items outside the playing area. Padel Grove provides free lockers with 24hrs CCTV. - Padel Grove is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings. Cleanliness - Dispose of trash in designated bins. - Help keep the courts and common areas clean for everyone. Management Rights - Padel Grove reserves the right to refuse entry or end a session if venue rules are not followed. - Management may adjust court assignments if necessary for operational reasons.
