1.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk Padel is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. By entering the court, players acknowledge and accept all risks related to playing — including but not limited to sprains, fractures, slips, or contact with other players or equipment. 2.⁠ ⁠Personal Responsibility Each player is responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. Always use proper footwear, avoid reckless play, and report any unsafe conditions to the staff immediately. 3.⁠ ⁠Equipment & Facility Use All court equipment and facilities must be used properly. Any intentional damage to the property or gear will result in liability for repair or replacement costs. 4.⁠ ⁠Release & Waiver of Liability By participating, players agree to release and discharge the venue, its owners, and staff from any claims or liabilities related to injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during use of the facility. 5.⁠ ⁠Venue Responsibility The venue is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages occurring on the premises — including player belongings or guest property. 6.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct Respect all players, staff, and facilities. Unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal abuse or intentional harm, may result in removal or suspension from the venue. 7.⁠ ⁠Agreement to Terms By proceeding with your court booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
