HOUSE RULES 1. Penggunaan Lapangan Harap hadir tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal booking serta disaat bermain gunakan sepatu olahraga yang sesuai (non-marking shoes sangat disarankan). Tindakan yang mengakibatkan kerusakan lapangan atau venue akan ditindaklanjuti oleh pihak managemen Padel Meruya. 2. Peraturan Makanan dan Minuman Dilarang membawa makanan maupun minuman dari luar ke dalam Padel Meruya dan juga court, kecuali atas izin manajemen. 3. Keselamatan & Keamanan Dilarang membawa senjata api, senjata tajam, pisau, benda berbahaya, maupun alat lain yang berpotensi membahayakan keselamatan pengunjung. Padel Meruya tidak bertanggung jawab atas cidera, kecelakaan atau kehilangan barang pribadi yang terjadi atas kelalaian pengunjung. 4. Larangan Merokok Dilarang merokok di seluruh area venue, termasuk penggunaan rokok elektrik (vape/e-cigarette) maupun produk tembakau lainnya. 5. Penyewaan Alat Kerusakan atau kehilangan yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian pengguna dapat dikenakan biaya penggantian sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. 6. Pembatalan, Reschedule & Refund Pembatalan, perubahan jadwal , maupun pengembalian dana tidak diperkenankan dengan alasan apa pun. Dalam kondisi tertentu yang disebabkan oleh force majeure atau kendala operasional Padel Meruya, kebijakan penjadwalan ulang atau pengembalian dana akan menjadi pertimbangan manajemen. 7. Etika Bermain Hormati sesama pemain, tamu, dan seluruh staf venue. Dilarang melakukan tindakan yang mengganggu kenyamanan, maupun bersikap tidak sportif selama berada di area venue. 8. Peraturan Hewan Peliharaan Dilarang untuk membawa hewan peliharaan kedalam venue Padel Meruya 9. Aktivitas Komersil Untuk keperluan reservasi komersil seperti photoshoot atau video shooting, tournament, workshop, open class dan keperluan komersil lainnya harap hubungi Team Padel Meruya melalui: 0811-8806-6235 HOUSE RULES 1. Court Usage Please arrive on time according to your scheduled booking. While playing, appropriate sports footwear must be worn (non-marking shoes are highly recommended). Any actions that result in damage to the court or venue facilities will be subject to appropriate action by the management of Padel Meruya. 2. Food & Beverage Policy Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Padel Meruya or within the court area unless prior approval has been granted by the management. 3. Safety & Security Bringing firearms, knives, sharp objects, hazardous items, weapons, or any object that may endanger the safety of others is strictly prohibited. Padel Meruya shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings resulting from a visitor's own negligence. 4. No Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire venue, including the use of electronic cigarettes (vapes/e-cigarettes) and all other tobacco products. 5. Equipment Rental Any loss of or damage to rental equipment caused by negligence or misuse may be subject to replacement or repair charges in accordance with the venue's applicable policies. 6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. In the event of force majeure or operational issues beyond the control of Padel Meruya, any decision regarding rescheduling or refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the management. 7. Sportsmanship & Conduct Please treat fellow players, guests, and venue staff with respect at all times. Any behavior that disrupts the comfort of others or demonstrates poor sportsmanship is strictly prohibited. 8. Pet Policy Prohibited to bring pets inside the venue of Padel Meruya 9.
