House Rules – Padel Spot Kedoya These House Rules are established to ensure the comfort and safety of all players within Padel Spot Kedoya. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. By entering Padel Spot premises, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. 1. Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn at all times. 2. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the Padel Spot area, except for water in personal tumblers. A café is available on- site for your convenience. 3. Players are expected to arrive on time. Playing sessions will run according to schedule, and no additional time will be provided. All players must be in good health. Padel Spot is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or medical conditions experienced by players. 4. The venue reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it is found to be used for events without prior confirmation. 5. Pets are not permitted within the Padel Spot area. 6. The use or possession of illegal drugs, firearms, sharp weapons, or any dangerous items is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be reported to the authorities and subject to legal action. 7. Littering, including gum, cigarettes, food, or drinks on the court area, is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine of IDR 5,000,000. 8. Fighting or causing disturbances within the Padel Spot premises is strictly prohibited. 9. Padel Spot is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 10. Any acts of vandalism, including spitting, throwing rackets at glass panels, or damaging facilities, will result in compensation charges in accordance with applicable policies. 11. Technical Disruptions by the Operator: In the event of technical issues caused by management (such as court maintenance, power outages, etc.) that prevent play, the session will be rescheduled for the following week, subject to court availability. Refunds will not be provided. 12. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Schedule changes are allowed up to 3 days prior (H-3), subject to court availability. All policies and decisions made by Padel Spot management are final and binding.
