PADEL UP – Venue Policies (Non-refundable & Non-reschedulable) 1. Punctuality 🔹️No tolerance for late arrivals. Lost time will not be extended. 🔹️PADEL UP reserves the right to reschedule members’ regular booking in the event of tournaments or special events, as deemed necessary by the management. 2. Playing Attire 🔹️Appropriate sportswear and non-marking sports shoes are required. 🔹️Jewelry or metal accessories are strictly prohibited on the court. 3. Food & Beverages 🔹️No food and drinks from outside is allowed, please support our cafe. 🔹️Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. 🔹️E-cigarettes are only allowed in the lounge area. 4. Safety & Responsibility 🔹️Do not lean on or knock the glass/walls. 🔹️Spitting, throwing rackets at the glass, bringing pets, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 🔹️Players are responsible for any damage caused and will be charged for repairs. 🔹️Players are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety both inside and outside the court. 🔹️Padel Up is not liable for any loss, damage, or accidents. 5. Conduct Padel Up reserves the right to stop play if there is a breach of rules or disruptive behavior. 6.Private Events & Celebrations/ Photo & Video 🔹️Hosting birthdays or other private events at Padel Up will incur an additional charge. 🔹️Professional photography or commercial filming will incur additional charges. 🔹️Please contact our admin for details and arrangements: 081 7064 6688 7.
