PADELHOOD | COURT GUIDELINES 1. All bookings are final. Confirmed reservations cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded (NO REFUND). 2. Please arrive on time. Playing time starts and ends strictly according to the booked schedule. Late arrivals will not receive additional playing time. 3. Traffic notice (school dismissal hours). Please be advised that traffic congestion may occur between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM due to nearby school dismissal schedules. Guests are kindly encouraged to plan their travel time accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely arrival. 4. Racket rental is available at IDR 50,000 per booking, subject to availability. 5. Ball rental is not provided. Players are kindly requested to bring their own padel balls. 6. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, with consideration for cleanliness and the comfort of others. PadelHood maintains a calm and family-friendly environment. 7. Proper sports footwear is required at all times. Playing in sandals or barefoot is not permitted for safety reasons. 8. Alcohol, illegal substances, and prohibited items are strictly not allowed anywhere within the PadelHood premises. 9. Any form of aggressive behavior, harassment, or conduct that disrupts other guests will not be tolerated. 10. Weapons or dangerous objects of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. 11. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. PadelHood is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. 12. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including stopping play or refusing service, in order to maintain safety, comfort, and the overall quality of the experience.
