Venue Rules 1.Punctuality Players must arrive on time. Game time will run according to the predetermined schedule without any extensions. 2. Technical Disruptions from the Operator. If a technical disruption from the operator (such as field repairs, power outages, etc.) prevents players from playing, the schedule will be rescheduled to the following week based on field availability. Cash reimbursements are not available. 3. No outside food and drink allowed Bringing outside food and drinks into the field is prohibited. Chewing gum, smoking, or spitting on the field is also prohibited. 4. No Drug and Alcohol allowed It is strictly prohibited to use drugs or consume alcoholic beverages in the venue area. 5. Prohibition on Carrying Weapons It is prohibited to bring sharp weapons or firearms into the area RAXA PADEL. 6. Prohibition of Violence and Disturbance. It is strictly prohibited to commit acts of violence, fights, or cause disturbances in the venue area. 7. Sport Shoes Required Players must wear appropriate sports shoes for padel. Sandals, non-sports shoes, or playing barefoot are not permitted. 8. Responsibiity of personal belongings Players are fully responsible for their personal belongings. Loss or damage to personal belongings is not the responsibility of RAXA PADEL. 9. Player Health Conditions Players must be in good health before playing. Any risks that arise during play, including accidents, injuries, or other medical conditions, are the player's personal responsibility and are not the responsibility of RAXA PADEL. 10. Cancellations and Schedule Changes Reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. Schedule change not allowed. 11. Prohibition on Bringing and Consuming Outside Food/Drinks Bringing outside food and drinks into the venue is prohibited. A cafe is available within the RAXA PADEL area for your convenience. 12. Prohibition on Bringing Outside Coaches. Bringing outside coaches into the RAXA PADEL area is prohibited. All training activities must be conducted by authorized coaches who have collaborated with RAXA PADEL. 13. Playing Equipment Racket rentals can be rent at RAXA PADEL. RAXA PADEL doesn't provide padel balls; you can bring your own or purchase them from our store. 14. No Pets Allowed It is prohibited to bring pets into the padel court area.
