Aturan Venue

1. Operating Hours - Courts are open daily from 6 am until 11 pm 2. Booking & Arrival - Arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking. Late arrivals can not be extended. - No refund or cancellations once bookings are confirmed. - Re-schedule is allowed at least 3 days before the booking scheduled by confirming to the venue. ( 1 time only ) - If something technical happens from the operator that cause the customer to be unable to play (court renovation, lights out, etc), then the schedule will be replaced the following week according to the availability and can not be refunded in cash. - If a tournament or event is planned to occur on your booking, Sekawan Court Management will move your booking to the nearest available spot with your confirmation. 3. Dress Code - Proper sportswear and non-marking shoes are required. - No sandals or barefoot play allowed. - Only smartwatches are allowed on court. - Rings and other forms of jewelry are prohibited on court. 4. Smoking Policy - Strictly no smoking, vaping, Pods, or ISO’s anywhere on the courts arena. - Cigarettes, Vapes, Pods, and ISO’s are only allowed in the designated smoking areas. 5. Pets - No pets allowed in the venue area. 6. Respecful Environment - Respect fellow players and staff. - Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated - Keep your noise levels at a sensible volume ( DJ or music at tournament event ) 7. Facilities - Lockers are available to rent on site - Towels are available to buy 8. Facilities Care - Treat facilities with care. Report any damages immediately to the staff. - Stricly no foods and drinks inside the padel courts. - Only sealed and covered foods and drinks that are allowed to be brought in the venue. - Actions causing damage to our facilities will face penalties according to the regulations. 9. Safety - Players are expected to look after their own belongings. Any loss or damage to the customer’s belongings will not be our responsibility. - All customers are expected to be healthy and we will not be responsible for any injuries on court. - Children must be accompanied by an adult in the padel and children area. 10. Third Party - Any incidents or problems involving third parties are not our responsibility. 11. Drugs and Alchocol - It is stricly prohibited to use drugs or consume alcoholic drinks in the venue area. 12. Coaches - Outside coach will be charged Rp. 100.000,- per hour. All Sekawan Court Management policies and decisions are absolute and cannot be contested.
