1. Use of Sports Footwear All players are required to wear appropriate sports footwear to ensure player safety and to maintain the condition of the court surface. 2. Prohibition of Food and Beverages Players are not permitted to bring food or beverages onto the court. An exception applies only to drinking water in sealed bottles. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Bookings that have been paid for are non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by court management. 4. Prohibition of Damage to Facilities Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any actions that may damage court facilities, including but not limited to glass panels, nets, fences, and other court equipment. 5. Court Usage and Lounge Entry Based On Booking Time Players are only allowed to enter the lounge and use the court during their designated booking time. Use of the court outside the scheduled booking time is not permitted. 6. Punctuality Players must arrive on time according to their booking schedule. Late arrival will result in a reduction of playing time and does not entitle players to any time extension. 7. Court Cleanliness All players are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the court area and must dispose of any waste in the designated bins after use. 8. Compliance with Rules and Staff Instructions Players are required to comply with all court regulations and to follow instructions provided by court staff at all times. 9. Smoking Restrictions Inside Smoking (cigarette or e-cigarette) inside the court is strictly prohibited. We allow smoking on our lounge, indoor, and outdoor area.
