Since i can’t play tennis anymore coz surabaya is way too hot for me, this tennis simulator is a game changer! Tennis with AC is perfect!

The place was nice and fancy. clean, cool design and all but it was our first time to play there (as most of the people who come there i believe, since it’s pretty new), but the staff who escorted us to our ‘court’ didn’t explain anything. When i asked him to explain, he showed me how to hit the ball (poorly), instead of how the machine works and left. The machine stopped several times that we need help from the staff and no one stand by around there so we have to wait for somebody to passed by so we can ask for help. No one offered us to order food or drinks until again we found somebody passed by and we asked for it. The positive side: 1. They gave us extra time cause i told them the machine stopped many times and need to restart 2. We managed to order food and it was good, the server was nice too Overall, there are many rooms to improve. I hope it’s just because the facility is new and i hope they will improve soon.

Peraturan di Sports Mansion Pakuwon Square : - Dilarang membuang sampah sembarangan. - Dilarang membawa makanan dan minuman selain dari Wine Mansion / Skewer Master. - Dilarang membawa narkoba / barang ilegal. - Harap menjaga barang bawaan masing-masing. - Pemain harus datang tepat waktu, waktu berjalan sesuai jadwal. - Customer yang akan bermain wajib dalam kondisi sehat. Apabila terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan (kecelakaan, cedera, sakit, dll), bukan tanggung jawab pihak lapangan.
