Aturan Venue

House Rules : • Court usage is strictly based on confirmed bookings made through the AYO application. • Players are expected to arrive on time. Playing time follows the scheduled booking and cannot be extended due to late arrival. • Appropriate sportswear and non-marking padel or court shoes are mandatory while playing. • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the court and facility area. • Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue. Only bottled water is allowed on court. • Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects are strictly prohibited. Any violation will be reported to the authorities. • Players must be in good physical condition. All activities are undertaken at the player’s own risk. Terra Padel is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions. • Terra Padel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. • Pets are not permitted within the court and facility area. • External coaches or ball machines are allowed in Terra Padel court. • Any form of aggressive behavior, foul language, or disruption to other players is strictly prohibited. • Players must maintain cleanliness and are prohibited from spitting, littering, or damaging any facility. • Any damage caused to the court or facilities due to negligence will be charged to the responsible party. • Terra Padel reserves the right to refuse entry, stop play, or remove any individual who violates the house rules. • Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time for operational and safety reasons.
