To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules: 1. Court Use - Booking is required before court use. No walk-ins without confirmation. - Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your session ends promptly as scheduled. - No food or drinks (other than water) allowed on court. - Only non-marking sports shoes are permitted. No sandals or heels on the court. 2. Player Conduct - Play with respect. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. - Treat staff and fellow players with courtesy. - Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. - No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises. 3. Liability & Safety - Play at your own risk. The Padel House is not liable for injuries, lost items, or personal accidents. - Report any injuries, broken equipment, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately. - Do not use the court if wet or damaged. 4. Facilities - Please help keep the musholla and restrooms clean. - Respect others’ prayer time and privacy in shared spaces. - Use lockers or personal bags to store your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or unattended items. 5. Media & Content - The Padel House may take photos/videos for marketing purposes. Let us know if you prefer not to be featured. - Outside filming or commercial shoots require prior approval. 6. Damage & Equipment - Users are responsible for any damage caused to courts, facilities, or rental equipment due to misuse. - Racket rentals must be returned in good condition. Charges apply for damage or late returns. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
