Aturan Venue

1. Booking Courts must be booked in advance through the official booking system. Sessions run strictly as booked. Late arrivals do not extend playing time. Private events, commercial activities, and organised group bookings require prior approval from management. 2. Arriving at the Venue Check in at reception before heading to your court. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts. 3. What to Wear Proper sportswear is required on court at all times, including a shirt and non-marking shoes. The right gear keeps the game safe and the courts in good condition. 4. On Court Only padel or tennis rackets are allowed. No food, chewing gum, or glass bottles on court, sealed or spill-proof drinks only. Keep the court clean during and after your session, and report any damage to staff immediately. 5. How You Play Respect everyone on and around the court: players, staff, and spectators alike. Unsportsmanlike or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. 6. Your Responsibility Play at your own risk. Management is not liable for injuries or lost belongings. Any damage to courts, glass panels, or facilities is the responsibility of the player. 7. Spectators & Children Spectators must stay in designated areas and off the court. Children must be supervised at all times: their safety is your responsibility. 8. Around the Venue No outside food or drinks. Everything you need is available inside. No pets on the premises. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Parking is at your own risk. 9. Management We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not align with the environment we uphold. Rules may be updated at any time.
