1. Proper Athletic Attire: Comfortable sports clothing is required at all times. 2. No "Walk-ins" Guarantee: While we welcome walk-ins, priority is always given to pre-paid reservations. 3. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable. • No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your start time, the court may be released to other players, and the booking fee will not be refund. Strict Timing: Your session begins and ends exactly at the booked time. Please exit the court promptly to allow the next group to start. 4. Safety & Liability • Play at Your Own Risk: By booking a court, players acknowledge that pickleball involves physical activity and agree that Uno Pickle Verwood is not liable for any injuries sustained on the premises. • Equipment Damage: Players are responsible for any damage caused to the net, court surface, or facility due to misuse or misconduct. • Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. “By completing your booking, you agree to abide by the Uno Pickle Verwood Code of Conduct and Safety Guidelines.
